Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 286 was chartered in 1923. Our jurisdiction covers much of the Central Texas area, which includes the following counties: Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, Blanco, Burnet, Llano, San Saba, Lampasas, Bell, Lee and Mason.
